Women use makeup to conceal blemishes, birthmarks, acne and freckles. To make lips appear fuller. To cover dark areas and circles under eyes. To make eyes appear larger. To hide skin discolorations. To cover wrinkles. To create even-toned skin that looks healthier than it really is. Even the symmetry of the face can be corrected with the right cosmetic base.
