As you probably know, TRAI regulations about bulk SMS come to effect in
India from 1st March 2011.
If your mobile number is registered under the NDNC, you will stop receiving
Real Man Tips after 01 March 2011.
To continue receiving our tips, type Start 6 on your mobile and send it to 1909.
To stop receiving our sms tips, type Stop 6 on your mobile and send it to 1909.

According to the press release from TRAI, a user can choose to be under the
‘fully blocked’ category so that he does not receive any sms.
Or the user can be in the ‘partially blocked’ category where the user receives messages
from categories they choose.
There are seven categories from which the customer can choose –
1. Banking/ Insurance/ Financial products/ credit cards
2. Real Estate
3. Education
4. Health
5. Consumer goods and automobiles
6. Communication/ Broadcasting/ Entertainment/ IT »» Real Man tips come in this category
7. Tourism and Leisure
